Established in 2011, 981 Cleaning provide high quality commercial cleaning alongside exceptional customer service to our clients within the London area.

Our Cleaners

All of our cleaners are DBS checked and trained in accordance with the BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards of cleaning. The Director, Andrei Poenaru, and his supervisors make frequent unannounced spot checks to our clients’ premises to ensure that the level of cleaning provided is always of the highest standard. Our cleaners are generally paid in line with the London living wage and provided with a uniform and any necessary training in order to complete their work efficiently, safely, and effectively.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are happy to provide a regular cleaning service or one-off requests. Please see our services pages for more details on how we may be able to help your business.

How we work

We always tend to do a site visit first in order to provide an accurate quote and to fully understand the cleaning needs of the client. Once contracted we produce a detailed cleaning schedule for our cleaner(s) which enables them to follow the cleaning tasks that need to be done on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

981 Cleaning provide the professional equipment and products needed for the job which ensures that the cleaning is of a suitable standard. Should you wish to provide your own cleaning materials, this can be discussed, but the products provided must be able to enable us to meet our high professional standards of cleaning.

We are proud to be members of the Safe Contractor scheme which means that we are committed to working within the highest standards of health and safety. Keeping our staff and clients safe is particularly important to us.
