Our cleaners are trained in accordance with BICSc (The British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards and are supervised when necessary. Andrei, the Director, makes frequent spot checks to ensure that all work being carried out is of a suitably high standard and in line with customer expectations.

Our cleaners will arrive at your premises in full 981 Cleaning uniform and you have the reassurance that they have all been fully DBS checked. They also undertake regular training, completing modules on Health and Safety as and when necessary to ensure that they keep both themselves and the client safe.

981 Cleaning provide all round cleaning services for a wide range of commercial properties, including offices, shops, estate management, sports and leisure facilities and  building site clean-ups. We work across London and the surrounding areas including Middlesex, Berkshire and Surrey.

All of our cleaners are DBS checked and trained to the BICSc standards of cleaning. We pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide and always ensure that our customers are happy. The Director, Andrei Poenaru, and his supervisors make frequent spot checks to ensure that the level of cleaning provided is always of the highest standard.

We will provide the professional equipment needed for the job (at extra cost) which ensures that the cleaning is of a suitable standard. Should you wish to provide your own cleaning materials, we can discuss this, but the products provided must be able to enable us to meet our high professional standards.

981 Cleaning have recently invested in a software product called SmartTask which means that, according to the client’s wishes, we can ask our cleaners to check in and out of various areas of their premises using an app on their phone. This provides the client with the reassurance that all the agreed areas of the building are being cleaned and information on how long is being spent in each area.

981 Cleaning Services treat their cleaners with respect, understanding that they are their most valuable asset. They are paid above the minimum wage and provided with any necessary training in order to complete their work efficiently and effectively. 

981 Cleaning are very aware of the impact of certain cleaning products on the environment. They always try to source their goods with this in mind and where possible will use environmentally friendly products.
